Healthcare is about the quality of care you receive from your primary care team, but it’s much more than that too. It’s about community, connections and breaking down the barriers that prevent our community from accessing basic needs, equitable supports and responsive care. Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre (PQWCHC) is a diverse, community-driven organization serving south mid-west Toronto. We offer services from primary care and dental to harm reduction, health promotion, counselling and a wide range of community programs.
